Teaching Yoga and Meditation throughout New England, and Online!
I help to expand conscious thought about body awareness, mental health, and nourishing the self with the sound current. I use Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Kung Fu, and Qi Gong as a way to exercise and heal the mind, body and spirit. It opens one up to reaching a higher state of awareness, emotional stability, and strength by using several techniques, which include pranayama, kriyas, meditation, bandhas, mudras, mantras and visualization.
Currently you will find me teaching Kundalini Yoga, Ayurvedic knowledge, and Vegan Cooking classes throughout New England, as well I guest teach in Yoga Teacher Trainings nationally, and internationally (virtually).
My teaching specialty is in Death & Dying and the Souls Journey, Pranayama, Body Alignment, 10 Bodies, Chakras, and Ayurveda. I preform gong meditations with deep relaxations, I practice and teach Kung Fu workouts and techniques, Qi Gong healing sessions, give Vegan Wellness classes, volunteer in mental health facilities with applied therapeutic Kundalini meditations, supporting fertility awareness, guiding prenatal and postnatal yoga, teaching senior citizen flexibility, and facilitating meditation classes from beginners to advanced persons in a corporate and general setting.
